About Omexa
We build the software a front office actually runs on.
OmexaOS grew out of products built for the same people: one that takes leads and carries them to enrolment, one that answers the questions that arrive before a lead ever starts, one that follows up on WhatsApp, and a website to be found on. They kept being bought together, so we made them one workspace with one login, and you can start with any of them.
What we believe
- Software should record what happened, so a question in April can be answered from the record.
- An answer should come from something you actually wrote, not from something a model guessed.
- A person should always be able to take over.
How we are built
Each product keeps its own database and its own service. The platform on top knows who your organisation is and what it bought; it does not pool your records with anyone else's.
