What we store

• Your organisation, the people in it, and what you subscribe to.
• In Leads: the leads you receive and the documents contacts upload.
• In Agents: the conversations your agents handle and the leads they capture.

Why

To run the products you bought. We do not sell your data, and we do not use one customer's records to answer another customer's questions.

Where it goes

Agents send conversation text to a language model provider to produce a reply. Nothing else leaves our systems except email and messaging providers used to deliver what you asked us to deliver.

Deleting things

You can remove records inside the products. To have an entire organisation deleted, write to privacy@omexa.dev and we will confirm when it is done.
