The service
We provide the products you subscribe to. We will tell you before we remove something you rely on, and we will not hold your data hostage if you leave.
Your responsibilities
- Use the products lawfully, and only message people who agreed to hear from you.
- Keep your sign-in details to yourself, and remove people who leave your organisation.
- Make sure what your agents are told to say is true.
Billing
Plans are billed monthly or, at a discount, yearly, by invoice. Omexa sets up your plan and sends you an invoice; payment is recorded against it when it arrives.
Ending it
You can stop at any time. Ask us for an export before you go and we will provide it.
