Lead routing
Rules decide who owns each new lead as it arrives, by source, campaign, form, interest or any answer, one person or round robin.
The right person gets each lead the moment it arrives.
- Match on source, campaign, form, interest, tags, value or any answer
- Give it to one person, or round robin across a team
- People who have left or been switched off are skipped
- Rules run in the order you set; the first that matches wins
Rules you can read
Each rule is a list of conditions and who gets the lead. Put the specific ones first and a catch-all last, and every lead has an owner.
Fair round robin
Round robin takes turns even when two leads arrive together, and a lead never goes to someone who can no longer work it.
Recorded and announced
The timeline shows which rule assigned a lead, and a webhook can tell your other systems as it happens.
